First Aid Permission
Professional figure skating coaches require current First Aid training before they may instruct in Canadian clubs. Permission must be given by the parent/legal guardian before First Aid is applied to an injury. We require acceptance of this policy authorizing the coach(es) to give emergency help to an injured or suddenly-ill skater.

In the event of injury to myself or my child while attending lessons with Elkford Skating Club, I give permission for a coach with First Aid training to assist us.
